  • In Powys, you are able to put it in your kerbside collection with paper.
  • Ceredigion does not have a kerbside scheme yet.
  • Gwynedd doesn't collect cardboard.
  • Potters accept it, by the Old Station Yard in Machynlleth.
  • Otherwise it can be composted, or used as a mulch on the garden.

  • Ask a neighbour with a garden if they'd like it or could collect it for you.

  • Try to use rechargeable batteries where possible - it's cheaper in the long run.
  • Take them to Potters, Station Yard, Machynlleth.www.pottersrecycling.co.uk
  • Car batteries can be taken to a civic amenity site or your local garage.
