ecodyfi press release

ecodyfi has been offered an extra place on a 3-day training in energy awareness by National Energy Action.

The course which would usually cost up to £1000, seeks to enable participants to advise clients on a range of issues including the efficiency and appropriate use of heating and hot water systems, different payment methods for gas and electricity, how to avoid condensation and the potential for thermal insulation improvements.

The course runs over three consecutive days and then is followed by an exam leading to a City and Guilds.

In exchange for taking part in the training, ecodyfi would require the trainee to carry out some related voluntary work in the Dyfi Valley or for the individual to use this training within their present work for the benefit of Dyfi Valley residents.

The course will take place in Worcester on 5/6/7 Oct with an exam on either the 12 or 13 Oct. (All costs will be covered).
