Discussion about FT Fortnight

1. Good publicity: Cambrian News, ITV Wales, Radio Wales & Cymru.
2. Good success with the café/pub promotion in 9 places. Rendezvous Café will stock FT long term, and maybe Maengwyn Café too. Hilary will visit all the venues to follow up.
3. Good experience making banners and bags – ask Quarry Shop, Cariad, Blanau, and Fabrics to sell the bags now. Diane will ask Becky if the banner damaged by rain can be restored.
4. Market stalls were badly affected by rain – not so many visitors, but Martha Musonza was pleased with the sales she made. Many thanks to the stall volunteers. Nicola will contact Andy Parnell about communication between Pedec and us.
5. Excellent evening gig at Plas Dolguog – agreed to send thanks to Anthony & Tina and to Phil for organising it. For a similar event next time, two people are needed on the door, plus one/two to set up a stall in good time, and one to be on the stall (especially if there are sales).
6. Good support of Co-op samples from Duncan Rees, and use of house from Peter Harper - Hilary and Diane to send thanks.
7. Total of £ 477 taken in the raffle, door and stall sales. £700-800 was spent on the drinks/biscuits promotion and stall display, so 2-300 will be spent from existing funds. Keith will do full accounts for the next meeting.

Hilary has biscuits and samples left over – contact her if you would like to buy any.
