Fairtrade Fortnight is coming up. Can you help? 1st - 12th March

Activities listed below were agreed for Fairtrade Fortnight. We were glad to welcome Tom Bean, who works with Tropical products, Talybont and introduced the possibility of contributions by another Fairtrade producer who is staying with them for three weeks - see below.

Please note we are keen to have as many volunteers as possible for the Coop stall. We shall be phoning round a bit but it might save some time if you returned this message with offers for particular days and times as indicated. Don�t know whether this will work but it�s worth a try.

We are looking to have someone at the stall Tuesday 1st - Saturday 5 March, and Monday 7 - Saturday 12 March, at the following times: 10.30 - 12.30; 12.30 - 2.30; 3.30 - 5.30; 5.30 - 7.30 (or thereabouts).

• Taking Regina to Brecon Saturday afternoon: Keith

• Daily bulletins: Keith plus

• Wednesday, 16th March: 'Honey and toast'; Coffee morning at venue to be decided and hosted by Aggie producer/visitor with Tropical Products, Talybont.

• Invitations and notices to be circulated up to and including Fairtrade fortnight. Hilary will take the lead on publicity before she goes away and organise event on her return.
